Welcome to Pana Engines. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services located at www.panaengines.com. By booking our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.


1. Services Provided

Pana Engines specializes in engine repairs and rebuilds for a wide range of vehicles, including but not limited to Land Rover, Jaguar, Mercedes, and Ford Transit vans. Our services include:

  • Engine diagnostics

  • Engine repairs and replacements

  • Engine rebuilds

  • General engine maintenance


2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Pricing may vary depending on the nature and scope of the work required.

  • Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment via bank transfer and cash.


3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued if work has not commenced or if our parts are removed and returned to us.

  • If work has already begun, you will be responsible for the cost of any labour or parts already used.


4. Warranties

  • Pana Engines offers a 6-month warranty on engine rebuilds, effective from the date of invoice.

  • The warranty covers only the rebuilt engine and excludes ancillary components including but not limited to injectors, turbos, ECUs, clutch kits, gearboxes, radiators, and sensors.

  • This warranty is non-transferable and limited to the individual named on the invoice.

Warranty claims will be rejected under the following conditions:

  • Damage or failure due to overheating, oil starvation, or coolant contamination.

  • Use of incorrect or contaminated oil, or neglect of oil changes.

  • Unauthorized modifications or tampering.

  • Failure to follow post-rebuild maintenance and inspection protocols.

Customers must return the vehicle to our premises for any warranty-related work. Towing or transport fees are not covered under warranty.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle’s history and symptoms.

  • All personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle before handover. Pana Engines accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to follow all advised maintenance schedules post-service.


6. Liability

  • Pana Engines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of our services.

  • In any event, our total liability will not exceed the cost of services rendered.


7. Vehicle Collection and Storage

  • Customers must collect their vehicle within 3-5 business days of notification of job completion (can vary depending on space and capacity).

  • A storage fee of £25 per day will apply thereafter unless agreed otherwise in writing.


8. Dispute Resolution

  • We aim to resolve disputes through honest, respectful communication and negotiation.

  • If resolution cannot be achieved informally, the dispute may be escalated via legal or third-party arbitration as necessary.


9. Changes to These Terms

Pana Engines reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated via our website or through direct customer communication.
